Your clients think they're
talking to you.
You're actually building.
Relio is the client communication tool for freelance developers — structures every bug report via Telegram, handles the chaos, and hands you a clean brief every morning.
Everything your clients throw at you.
Handled before you wake up.
Wake up to a clean briefing, not a pile of chaos.
Every morning Relio hands you a structured summary of everything your clients sent while you were away — bugs, requests, vibe — ready to paste straight into Cursor or Claude.
Chaos in. Structured issue out. Every time.
Your client sends a rambling voice note. Relio turns it into a clean, reproducible bug report with device, browser, steps, page, and priority — before it ever reaches your inbox.
Your client just sends a Telegram message. That's it.
No new app to download. No account to create. No learning curve. Relio works through a Telegram bot your client already knows how to use.
Chaos in. Clarity out.
The core loop — working today.
A client once asked me to hire someone just for him.
Not a developer — just someone to sit in his office, listen to his team, and translate their issues properly.
I couldn't do that.
But I understood what he really wanted — a dedicated point of contact who speaks his team's language.
So I built Relio. The core loop works today, and I'm building the rest with the first users at launch.
If you join now, you shape what gets built. Your workflow. Your integrations. Your rules.
Not just early access.
A seat at the table.
Here's exactly what you get that no future user ever will.
Private Discord server with me
You tell me what breaks first, what integrations you need, what Relio should say. Not a support ticket — a real conversation.
Your rate, locked for life
Pay once, keep it forever. Price rises once early access closes — no exceptions.
Your workflow shapes the roadmap
Every request from a founding user goes to the top. Your integrations. Your rules. Your Relio.
Pick your plan.
Lock it forever.
Three tiers. One price, locked the moment you join.
No. Relio works through Telegram — your client just sends a message to a bot. No apps to download, no accounts to create, zero friction. If they have Telegram, they're ready to go.
Marker.io and BugHerd require a browser extension or a script on your client's site. Relio works through Telegram — zero setup on either side. It's built for freelancers who manage client relationships asynchronously, not QA teams running formal testing cycles. The AI morning brief and Cursor/Claude-ready JSON output are also unique to Relio.
Relio guides your client through a short conversation to collect: the affected page or URL, device and browser, exact steps to reproduce, when it started, and priority. The result is a clean JSON report you can paste directly into Cursor, Claude, or any AI coding tool and start fixing immediately.
Issue data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We don't share or sell data with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from the dashboard. Relio never reads or stores messages outside of issue reporting flows.
The core loop — Telegram bot, AI issue structuring, and morning brief — works today. You'll also get a direct line to the founder via a private Discord server to shape what gets built next. Slack reports, webhooks, and custom templates are being built with early access users right now.
Yes. Relio outputs structured JSON you can paste directly into Cursor or Claude. On Team and Agency plans, issues can also be sent to Slack via webhook. Native GitHub and Linear integrations are on the roadmap — founding users vote on what ships first.
Yes. Solo supports 1 client bot. Team supports up to 5, and Agency up to 15 — each with their own dedicated bot and separate issue inbox. The morning brief aggregates everything across all clients into one daily summary.
If Relio doesn't save you meaningful time in the first 30 days, ask for a full refund. No questions asked, no forms. Just email hello@issuebot.dev and it's done.
Your users deserve
someone who never sleeps.
That's Relio.
Early access pricing. Locked forever. Built with whoever joins first.
